從事英語教育工作已經(jīng)有五年之久，來到英孚工作也將近有四個(gè)春秋。所教授學(xué)生的年齡段從3歲直到45歲。教授年齡跨度如此之大的學(xué)生群體對自己的要求很高，不同的年齡段需要不同的教學(xué)方法，我很慶幸自己有機(jī)會成為一名EF的培訓(xùn)師，EF對我個(gè)人的進(jìn)步幫助非常大！想要成為一名合格的英語培訓(xùn)師，我認(rèn)為最最重要的就是耐心、愛心、責(zé)任心以及對待英語及學(xué)生的熱情！
I have been an English teacher for five years and as an EF teacher for almost four years. I have taught students aged from 3-45yrs. It’s very cool to be a training school English teacher. Different age groups need different teaching methods. It’s very important for us to have the patience, responsibility, love and passion to be a qualified teacher.
我的分享 Teaching experience sharing：我為能從事這樣的一份職業(yè)感到非常的光榮與驕傲。每當(dāng)孩子在英語學(xué)習(xí)上有所進(jìn)步，我都會感到非常高興，總感覺自己像在幫助他們找到開啟世界大門的鑰匙，付出的努力也沒有白費(fèi)! 和孩子們相處有著無窮的樂趣，他們也會時(shí)不時(shí)地帶給我各種驚喜，有時(shí)甚至能讓我高興很長一段時(shí)間，也會讓我感到自己的心態(tài)一直和孩子一樣單純、快樂!我很樂意一直教下去!
It’s very exciting to teach students English. And when they get some academic progress, it seems like that I’m helping them to get the key to know the world. The feeling is very good. Students will also give you surprises sometimes and make you really happy. It’s also very joyful to work with kids here. I like to be an English teacher!
