個人履歷 Self Introduction：
自從成為一名英語培訓(xùn)師，到目前為止，已經(jīng)有一年多了。我所教授得孩子年齡從三歲到30歲不等。在剛開始時，我認(rèn)為成為公立學(xué)校培訓(xùn)師，是很棒的。直到現(xiàn)在，我意識到，盡管我是一個培訓(xùn)學(xué)校的培訓(xùn)師，我依然能夠從中獲得很大樂趣，并且獲得很多教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。作為一名培訓(xùn)師，我認(rèn)為有耐心、愛心、責(zé)任心以及對學(xué)生擁有熱情是很重要的！
I have been an English teacher more than one year .I have taught students aged from 3-30yrs. At the beginning, I think it’s very cool to be a public school English teacher. Until now, I realize although i am a teacher in a training school, I gain much fun and experience in teaching. Being a teacher, it’s very important for us to have the patience, responsibility, love and passion.
我的分享 Teaching experience sharing：
每個孩子都是唯一的，他們有不同的特性。我們不能預(yù)測他們的未來。在我看來，每個培訓(xùn)師不能看低那些弱勢學(xué)生，不能對他們沒有耐心。培訓(xùn)師應(yīng)該學(xué)會怎么去對待那些弱勢和淘氣的學(xué)生，鼓勵他們?nèi)W(xué)習(xí)，不應(yīng)該傷害他們的心靈。簡而言之，只要我們愛護(hù)我們的學(xué)生，一切問題都會迎刃而解的。
All students have different abilities because each of them is unique. No one can foretell their future. In my opinion, a teacher should not look down upon the lower students and not be impatient with them. Teachers should learn how to treat the lower and naughty students properly, how to encourage them and not to hurt their feelings. In brief, as long as we love our students, all problems will be tackled.
